Packing and Delivery

We want to offer our customers the best possible service at all times. All items are carefully wrapped to ensure they arrive in good condition and that boxes do not get damaged as we know many items purchased from us are given as gifts.

We offer the following delivery services to safe guard our customers and ourselves.

This will ensure that you know when you buy from us your parcel will always arrive and in good condition.

Our Postage Services and Despatch Times

Standard Service 3- 5 day delivery service from despatch.

We use 2^nd Class Royal Mail delivery or 2-3 day Courier Service.

We aim to despatch all orders received by 12.00 noon the same day although this is not guaranteed especially during busy times. Large or heavy orders will be despatched within 36 hours of receipt of order (Mon –Thurs) generally with a Courier Service (Parcel Force)

Orders with a value of over £50.00 are delivered free using our standard service on the UK Main Land.

All orders with a value of over £25.00 will require a signature.

Express Service

Orders are always despatched same day if order is received by 1.00pm (except large or heavy parcels which will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt of order Monday – Thursday, orders received Friday/Saturday will be despatched on Monday and orders received on Sunday are likely to be despatched on Monday but can be delayed until Tuesday).

All orders will be sent by Royal Mail 1^st Class Recorded Service or with our 24 hour Courier Service.

We would also like to assure our customers that we do not make any profit from our postage costs; we charge a fair price for a quality service.

Europe – Zone 1

We are happy to deliver to Belgium, Denmark, mainland France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco and the Netherlands. For orders over £20.00 we will use Air Mail internationally signed for or a courier service.

Please inform us if you have a ’must deliver by’ date. We will endeavour to meet such a date, but this is not guaranteed. We can offer next day delivery service but additional postage charges will apply, prices vary). If you have any such requirements please contact us before placing your order.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.

Cancellation
Cancellation of an order can only be accepted if sent by e-mail, fax or letter. Cancellation must be received before the goods are despatched. If the goods have been despatched you should follow the returns policy detailed below.

Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it unused within 7 working days and we will refund the price. We will not pay for return postage unless the goods are faulty. We recommend that if items are returned a certificate of postage is obtained as goods remain your responsibility until received by Boxes and Bags of Fun.

In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage. Please call us for assistance on 01263 739990. We are not able to accept returns of books or CDs.
