Payment
We accept cheques, credit & debit cards. Your credit / debit card will only be charged once the goods have been despatched. The invoice address must match that of your card statement address and a home telephone number is required. Cheques will be banked on receipt for security reasons. Goods paid for by cheque will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared. Delivery (UK Mainland Only)
Standard delivery for all Party Kits will be charged at £7.95. Standard delivery for Win Green tents & playhouses will be charged at £8.95. All other orders will be despatched at a standard delivery charge of £3.95. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any special delivery requirements (e.g. Non UK mainland, overseas, etc.). Most orders will be dispatched within 48 hours and be delivered usually within 7 days. Personalised orders will take longer to dispatch and deliver. Some direct dispatch items may take up to 14 days for delivery.
Please inform us if you have a ’must deliver by’ date. We will endeavour to meet such a date, but this is not guaranteed (additional postage charges may apply). If you have any such requirements please contact us before placing your order. Availabilty
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available. Cancellation
Cancellation of an order can only be accepted if sent by e-mail, fax or letter. Cancellation must be received before the goods are despatched. If the goods have been despatched you should follow the returns policy detailed below. Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it unused within 7 working days and we will refund the price. We will not pay for return postage unless the goods are faulty. We recommend that if items are returned a certificate of postage is obtained as goods remain your responsibility until received by Your Children First. In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights.
